Subscription Refunds
Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues - If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing our services, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- Duplicate Charges - If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Transactions - If your account was charged without your authorization.
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support@simatlas.net.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until that date.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.
Free Trials & Introductory Offers
- If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial expires. Once charged, the subscription is non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved under our eligibility criteria, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

SimAtlas Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
